Natürlich versenden wir dein Paket so, dass während des Transports niemals die Kühlkette unterbrochen wird und deine Ware frisch bleibt. Für den Versand setzen wir unser Vertrauen in DPD. Dabei fallen innerhalb Deutschlands Versandkosten von pauschal 6,90 Euro an. Versandkostenfrei bestellst du bei uns ab 150,- Euro. Wenn du im Ausland wohnst gelten dort die jeweiligen Versandkostenbedingungen. Wenn du dir nicht sicher bist, kontaktiere uns gerne und wir kümmern uns darum, dass deine Bestellung sicher bei dir ankommt.

Versandtage

Wir versenden deine Bestellung jeweils Montag, Mittwoch und Freitag! Die letzte Abholung durch den Paketdienst erfolgt jede Woche Freitags um 13 Uhr.

Gewichtsangaben

Ein echtes Handwerksprodukt lässt sich nicht in starre Schemata pressen. Jedes Werk ist individuell. Deshalb kann es vorkommen, dass bei Bestellungen, die nach Gewicht abgerechnet werden, die gelieferte Menge leicht von von der angegebenen Menge abweicht. Selbstverständlich geben wir aber immer unser Bestes, die Portionierungen im angegebenen Rahmen einzuhalten.

Sollte es trotzdem einmal zu einer größeren Abweichung kommen, bitten wir um dein Verständnis. Um einen großen Mehraufwand für beide Seiten zu vermeiden, verzichten wir auf das Fordern von etwaigen Nachzahlungen, bzw. das Erstellen von Gutschriften. Solltest du mit dieser Vorgehensweise nicht einverstanden sein, kontaktiere uns gerne und wir werden selbstverständlich eine gemeinsame Lösung finden.
